Steps

  1. Unlock your vault and open Settings → General → Category templates.
  2. Under Financial depth, toggle Subscription Billing On.
  3. Open Assets and Add asset → Subscription billing.
  4. Fill required fields and Save.

Tips and common mistakes

  • Renewal date powers expiry reminders—use YYYY-MM-DD format.
  • Cross-reference Payment Card in notes instead of pasting full card numbers here.
  • One item per subscription keeps list preview and search clean.
