What you need
| Tier | Free |
| Vault state | Unlocked |
| Network | Offline after the first successful app load |
| Feature toggle | Document pack enabled—see Enable category template packs |
Steps
Enable the pack
- Unlock your vault and open Settings → General → Category templates (
https://se.nt2.me/settings/general/templates). - Toggle Document On.
Create a document item
- Open
https://se.nt2.me/assetsand select Add asset → Document. - Enter a title (e.g. “Passport — 2031 expiry”).
- Fill document type, ID number, issuing authority, expiry date, and other structured fields.
- Save the item before adding scans (or continue in the same session).
Attach a scan
- With the item open, scroll to Attachments.
- Add a PDF or image (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF) up to 10 MB—see Encrypted attachments.
- Preview the scan from the attachment list to confirm readability.
Copy ID numbers
- Use Copy on number or expiry fields when filling travel or KYC forms.
- Paste within 30 seconds—clipboard auto-clears after that.
Renew or replace
- Edit fields when you renew a passport or ID.
- Replace old attachment files after uploading the new scan.
- Archive expired documents you want to keep for records but hide from daily filters.
Tips and common mistakes
- Metadata + scan—structured fields make items findable by title/tags; attachments hold the visual record.
- 10 MB limit—compress high-resolution phone photos if uploads fail.
- Safe display—use Safe presentation mode when showing IDs on screen near others.
- Enable pack first—Document is optional; Credential alone lacks document-specific fields.
