What this template is

The Medical Provider template stores facility name, provider name, NPI, phone, and website. Enable it under Settings → Category templates → Health & Medical.

Steps

Enable the pack

  1. Unlock your vault and open Settings → General → Category templates (https://se.nt2.me/settings/general/templates).
  2. Under Health & Medical, toggle Medical Provider On.

Create a provider item

  1. Open https://se.nt2.me/assets and select Add assetMedical provider.
  2. Enter a title and fill facility name and provider name.
  3. Add NPI, phone, and website from your insurance card or referral.
  4. Save. NPI is validated softly (10 digits)—you can save if your ID uses a different format.

Call or refer

  1. Open the item from the asset list.
  2. Tap phone to dial after unlock, or use Safe presentation mode to show facility name on a shared screen.

Update or remove

  1. Edit when you change primary care physicians or specialists.
  2. Pair with Patient Record for MRN—keep portal passwords in Credential.

Tips and common mistakes

  • Not for portal passwords—patient portal logins belong in Credential.
  • MRN stays in Patient Record—do not paste medical record numbers here.
  • One item per provider or clinic location—split specialists instead of one Secure Note list.
  • Product boundary—NT² stores contact reference only; it does not schedule appointments or message providers.
