Yes. Create, unlock, search, edit, export, and import your vault on your device with no subscription. Paid plans are only for optional cloud sync and Elite digital-legacy delivery.

What is Cloud Sync vs Legacy & Elite?

Cloud Sync ($2.99/mo) unlocks cross-device sync, R2 attachments, and share-relay quotas. Legacy & Elite ($9.99/mo) includes Cloud Sync plus cloud-gated digital legacy delivery. File-based .nt2legacy export stays free.

How do I upgrade?

Open the vault app at https://se.nt2.me, unlock your vault, and go to Settings → Premium. Checkout via Polar when billing is enabled.

Can NT² reset my master password?

No. There is no password recovery by design—that is what zero-knowledge means. Keep your master password safe and maintain `.nt2backup` backups.
