Per-vault pins and recents on the dashboard home.
Who this is for
Daily users who reopen the same credentials or notes and want one-tap access from the Dashboard without searching the full asset list.
What you need
| Tier | Free |
| Vault state | Unlocked |
| Network | Offline after the first successful app load |
| Feature toggle | Quick access enabled (default on) |
Steps
Pin an asset
- Unlock your vault and open
https://se.nt2.me/assets. - Select an item to open its detail panel, then choose Pin (pin icon or menu action).
- Alternatively, open the row overflow menu on desktop/mobile list and choose Pin.
- Navigate to the Dashboard—the item appears under Pinned.
Open from the dashboard
- From the Dashboard home, tap a pinned chip to jump straight to that item’s detail on the Assets screen.
- Open Recent chips the same way for items you viewed recently.
Unpin an item
- Open the pinned item’s detail (from Assets or the dashboard chip).
- Choose Unpin (same control toggles off).
- The chip disappears from the Dashboard pinned section.
Configure quick access (optional)
- Open Settings → Preferences → Quick access (
https://se.nt2.me/settings/preferences/quickAccess). - Adjust options such as how many recents appear or whether the section shows on the dashboard (exact controls depend on your app version).
Tips and common mistakes
- Recents are automatic—opening an item’s detail adds it to Recent; no manual step required.
- Deduped lists—pinned items are removed from Recents on the dashboard so you do not see duplicates.
- Delete removes pins—deleting an item clears it from pinned and recent lists.
- Per-vault—pins and recents belong to the unlocked vault only; switch vaults to see that vault’s shortcuts.
- Tag pins—you can also pin tags for filtered list shortcuts; see Tags and filters.
