What this template is

The Patient Record template stores medical record number (MRN), facility, allergies summary, and blood type. Enable it under Settings → Category templates → Health & Medical.

Everyday workflows

  • Enable Patient Record under Enable category template packs → Health & Medical.
  • Pair with Credential for portal logins—do not paste passwords here.

Steps

Enable the pack

  1. Unlock your vault and open Settings → General → Category templates (https://se.nt2.me/settings/general/templates).
  2. Under Health & Medical, toggle Patient Record On.

Create a patient record item

  1. Open https://se.nt2.me/assets and select Add assetPatient record.
  2. Enter a title and fill facility name and medical record number.
  3. Add allergies summary and blood type for travel or caregiver handoff.
  4. Save.

Caregiver or travel handoff

  1. Open the item; use Safe presentation mode to show allergies and blood type.
  2. MRN stays masked and hard-blocked in share flows by default—reveal only when necessary after unlock.

Pair with portal access

  1. Store patient portal username/password in Credential—not in this template.
  2. Link mentally to Medical Provider for facility contact.

Tips and common mistakes

  • Not a full EHR—clinical charts stay in your provider's portal; NT² holds reference metadata only.
  • MRN is screen-capture protected—avoid screenshots; use in-app copy when staff need the number.
  • One record per person per facility—split dependents into separate items.
  • Product boundary—NT² does not transmit records to providers or emergency services.
