Membership Pass template

What this template is

The Membership Pass template stores program membership cards—member number, member name, organization, tier, expiry, and points balance—in structured fields with membership card display chrome for readable presentation.

When to use it (and when not to)

Good fits

• Gym, airline, or hotel loyalty membership cards
• One item per program or family member
• Showing member name and tier at check-in without exposing full member number on screen

Everyday workflows

Check in at the gym or lounge

1. Enable the Membership Pass pack—see Enable category template packs.
2. Open the item and use Safe presentation mode to show member name and tier.
3. Copy member number only when the desk asks—paste within 30 seconds.

Track expiry and tier changes

1. Set Expiry date when your program sends renewal notices.
2. Edit tier or points balance when the issuer upgrades your status.

What you need

Steps

Enable the pack

1. Unlock your vault and open Settings → General → Category templates (https://se.nt2.me/settings/general/templates).
2. Toggle Membership Pass On.

Create a membership item

1. Open https://se.nt2.me/assets and select Add asset → Membership pass.
2. Enter a title and fill member number, member name, organization, and tier.
3. Add expiry date and points balance if your program provides them.
4. Save.

Present at check-in

1. Open the item from the asset list.
2. Use Safe presentation mode to show member name and tier on a shared screen.
3. Copy member number only when staff need to type it—clipboard auto-clears after 30 seconds.

Update or remove

1. Edit when tier or points change after renewal.
2. Archive expired programs you no longer use.
3. Delete sends the item to Trash.

Tips and common mistakes

• Enable pack first—Membership Pass is not a core builtin.
• Not a payment card—do not paste PAN or CVV here; use Payment Card.
• Portal logins stay in Credential—member number is not a website password.
• Product boundary—NT² stores data only; it does not issue passes, sync points with issuers, or scan barcodes at gates.
